Your ERP is the interface.

There is no Breez app to learn. The work lands in the ERP you already use, every entry carries its source, and you hear from us once a week. This page is everything you will see.

What you'll see

Four things. Nothing else.

01 · WEEK ONE

A replay of your last 60 days.

Before anything goes live, Breez runs your procedure over the past two months and shows how often it matched what your team did, with every disagreement explained.

02 · EVERY MONDAY

One note a week.

What was done, what money moved, and either "nothing needs you" or the one or two items that do. You never have to open the dashboard; it's there when you want to look.

03 · RARELY

One question, with the evidence attached.

When a case fails its checks, you get a single question. If you don't answer, the item waits. Breez never acts on a guess. 8% of items at our first customer today; the target is under 2%.

Click a field. See where it came from.

A vendor bill as Breez posts it. Each field names its source, and the source is one click away: the vendor record, the invoice, the three-way match, the contract clause, or your own procedure.

You choose

Start where you're comfortable.

Same workers underneath. Most teams start in review for the first week, then hand it off.

Week oneDraft it. I'll check.

Breez prepares every entry and email. You approve each one with a click.

Exceptions onlyDo it. Ask me when it's unclear.

Routine cases are handled on their own. You only see what the procedure doesn't cover.

Hands-offJust handle it.

Breez runs the procedure end to end. You get the weekly note, and every entry can be undone.

Built by MIT AI engineers who ran finance ops first. We kept the system of record by hand before we wrote software to do it. We set Breez up with your team, replay your last 60 days, and watch every run with you through the first month.

Questions

What finance teams ask about the product.

Really nothing to approve?

For the three procedures we run, yes. Each has a source of truth, and every entry is checked against it before it posts. Anything that fails a check comes to you as a question, and anything you'd rather review you can keep in review. Most teams start that way for a week.

What if it gets something wrong?

Every entry links to its source and can be reversed in one step. If we get one wrong, we reverse it, repost it, and tell you first, with the source. When a procedure doesn't cover a case, Breez asks instead of guessing.

What happens when our process changes?

Edit the procedure in plain language. The next run follows it. No ticket, no engineering cycle, no waiting on us.

Do we have to log into anything?

No. The ERP you already use is where the work lands. You get one note a week, and a dashboard you can open when you want to: what it did, every item and where it stands, and any question waiting on you.
